LaKera C. Tompkins is a compliance strategist and educator, assisting individuals and business move from idea to action.  Tompkins, a certified Mediator, holds a Bachelor of Arts, Masters of Public Affairs, and Juris Doctorate from Howard University School of Law. As a Certified Yoga Instructor - 200 hrs YTT, Tompkins incorporates wholistic approaches providing direct services, workshops and trainings.    

Focused on individual and institutional success, LaKera strives to identify solutions with each challenge presented through the creation of strategy allowing for flow and resolve.  Keen on specialized communities such as neurodiverse, criminal-justice involved as well as 501c3, higher education, and governmental institutions, which service.  Through collaborative partnership and integrity-based strategic approach, LaKera is an agent of transformative change and leadership.  "For every problem, there is a resolution.
